DEBORAH THOMAS
Retired Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, Hasbro, Inc.
Deborah Thomas has been a non-executive member of Logitech’s board of directors since September 2020. She is the chair of Logitech’s Audit Committee and serves on Logitech’s Compensation Committee and Logitech’s Nominating and Governance Committee.
Ms. Thomas was previously executive vice president and chief financial officer at Hasbro. She joined Hasbro in 2003, also holding positions as senior vice president, head of Corporate Finance, controller, and assistant controller, executive vice president and senior advisor to the CEO. Prior to joining Hasbro, Ms. Thomas held Assurance positions at KPMG Peat Marwick, LLP in the United States and in the United Kingdom.
Ms. Thomas serves on the boards of directors of Samsonite Group S.A. and Rhode Island Airport Corporation.
Ms. Thomas holds a BS degree from Providence College. She is also a certified public accountant.
