DONALD ALLAN, JR.
President and Chief Executive Officer of Stanley Black & Decker, Inc.
Don Allan has been a non-executive member of Logitech’s board of directors since September 2024. He serves on Logitech’s Compensation Committee.
Mr. Allan is president and chief executive officer of Stanley Black & Decker, a worldwide leader in tools & outdoor markets and leading provider of industrial solutions, headquartered in the United States.
Prior to becoming CEO in 2022, Mr. Allan served as president and chief financial officer where he led the strategy and implementation of Stanley Black & Decker’s operating model, shared oversight of Global Operations and Supply Chain and oversaw multiple businesses and functions, including the Outdoor Products Group, Asia Tools, Finance and IT.
Prior to joining the company in 1999, Mr. Allan held financial management positions with Loctite Corporation and spent nine years at Ernst & Young.
Mr. Allan also serves as lead director at Andersen Corporation, and chairperson of the board of directors of Regents for the University of Hartford. He is a board member of Hartford Healthcare and a member of the Business Roundtable.
Mr. Allan holds a BS degree in Accounting from the University of Hartford and is a certified public accountant.
